The Schedule will be updated for 2009 shortly. Note. As soon as you unload, please move vehicles to parking lot. Park is open to the public 8:00am to 10:00pm. Camps remain open 9:30am to 5:00pm. Talk and interact with the public. Display on the 136th New York will be in the North Shelter. Thursday, May 15: 12:30pm Units and Sutler set-up 2:00pm to 10:00pm Re-enactor Registration 6:00pm Dinner Friday, May 16th: 7:30am Units set up for Education Day 9:45am to 1:15pm Education Day Program 1:30pm to 10:00pm Re-enactor Registration opens 9:00pm Event Committee Meeting - All chairman Saturday, May 17th: 8:00am to 10:00am Re-enactor Registration 9:35am Morning reports are due 9:35am Military Meeting (South Shelter) 10:00am Military drill for all units! Cannon, Musket and Pistol Inspection (Pistols to be inspected unloaded) 10:30am Ladies Parlor: Poem readings, music and even play dome Croquet. (Under the tent) 12:00pm to 1:00pm Lunch 1:30pm Military Formation in camps. Weapons inspection (All) 1:30pm Battle Demonstration. (Safety Officers Meeting in Open Shelter after Battle) 3:00pm to 4:00pm After battle scenarios / living history in Camps. 5:30pm Community Dinner (Bring over your dish to pass around 5:15pm, for set up) (North Shelter) 7:00pm to 11:00pm Blue & Gray Dance: with City Fiddle (North Shelter and Tent) Sunday, May 18th: 7:30am Tactical (Weather and/or Interest permitting) 9:00am Officers Meeting 9:30am Camps open to the public 10:00am to 11:00am Church Services (Under the Tent) 12:00am to 1:00pm Lunch 1:00pm Military Formation in camps.
